Ningbo Shuangli Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded in 1990, is located in Yuyao, Ningbo, on the coast of East China Sea in the beautiful and fertile Yangtze River Delta, enjoying advantageous geographic location. The plant covers an area of 12,000 square meters including plant area of 10,000 square meters, owns 150 employees including 8 senior engineers and technicians, 10 full-time quality inspectors and 2 professional process designers and boasts solid technical force. Our company mainly produces various non-standard and standard hardware parts.

To ensure product quality, our company actively introduces advanced production and processing equipment including meter lathe, CNC lathe, precision automatic lathe, etc. Now our company owns 60 sets of bench type meter lathes with various specifications, 12 sets of 1525C automatic lathes made in Taiwan, 80 sets of CNC lathes, 2 sets of centerless grinding machine, 2 sets of polishing machine, 14 sets of thread rolling machine, 14 sets of drilling machine and threading machine, 1 set of 120g horizontal injection press, 1 set of 200g horizontal injection press, 2 sets of 15g vertical injection molding machine and over 20 sets of inspection equipment including peel force tester, three-coordinate measuring machine, salt fog tester, projector, hardness tester, concentricity tester, roughness meter and other auxiliary equipment.

Since establishment, our company has provided various hardware parts for the industries including automobile manufacturing, electronic industry, engineering construction, mechanical equipment, etc. Our products are exported to many countries such as America, Britain, Norway, Denmark, etc. and win trust and praise from insiders.
